Complete Aircraft Programs
Manage the entire journey from opportunity to post-delivery consequences—not isolated aircraft statistics.
Design aircraft, test prototypes, win customers, manage production and grow from a pioneer workshop into an aviation manufacturer across decades of technological change.
Players can found a company, establish a worksite, design and build a pioneer aircraft, complete ground and flight testing, organise a market demonstration, receive proposals, accept an order, produce and deliver aircraft, receive payment and see the effect on company reputation.
Aircraft Tycoon is a historical strategy and management game about building, operating and protecting an aircraft company. Every aircraft exists inside an Aircraft Program: a long-term business decision connecting market opportunity, technology, design, prototypes, tests, contracts, production, delivery and reputation.
Manage the entire journey from opportunity to post-delivery consequences—not isolated aircraft statistics.
Research depends on the scientific, industrial and historical maturity of the world. Trying to arrive early is possible, but expensive and risky.
Act on estimates, rumours and confidence levels. Prepare early and risk being wrong, or wait and risk arriving too late.
Winning an order creates cashflow pressure, tooling needs, production commitments and reputational risk.
Safety, reliability, delivery and promises fulfilled influence future customers, credit, talent and opportunities.
Begin with a pioneer workshop and evolve as technology, regulation, customers and industrial expectations change.
After the first aircraft is delivered, its limitations become the reason to invest in R&D. Scientists and mechanical engineers will develop technologies from the Pioneer Era catalogue, allowing the company to create Revision #2 and compare it directly with the original aircraft.

Creating my own game has been a long-standing ambition. For several years, Aircraft Tycoon existed through game design documents, historical research and repeated refinement of its interconnected systems, long before there was a playable build.
The project grew from my interest in aviation, history, technology and management games—and from the idea that designing an aircraft should be only one part of the larger challenge of building an aircraft company across decades.
I am based in Portugal and have a professional background in technical support, enterprise software and complex systems troubleshooting. That experience shapes the game’s focus on connected mechanics, explainable outcomes and consequences that persist over time.

AI-assisted development: AI tools support programming, research, testing, iteration and visual concept exploration. The game design, implementation, validation, asset selection and final creative decisions remain under my direction.
The current focus is on strengthening the game’s foundations, refining its visual presentation and building the R&D-driven second cycle. No final release date has been announced.
